Product Design & Intial Samples Test

After evaluating and confirming the product development plan, Glary design team will begin to draft the drawings and validation with you the manuscript initial design.Then start to 3D drawings and arrange 3D samples for your confirmation.The initial sample performance test will be conducted after the mold is completed.

Product Build

After samples test finished,Glary workshop will arrange Product Build,first provide mold samples,pre-production samples for confirmation ,then start mass production for you.

Strict Product Quality Control

After mass production finished, Glary QC team will according AQL standard and conduct inspection in every production flow according to the product standard which higher quality standard than the marketthe mold is completed.

Product visual design service support

When the mass production is completed, Glary sales team will provide the inspection report and mass production sample for you to do the visual design of the product before shipment.And also can according to your inquiry to provide product visual design service support by Glary Design team.
